The Total Crystal Bowl Immersion is a two-day introductory Sound Meditation Training focused on Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls. 

This course is all about exploring the expressive and energetic potential of crystal singing bowls, and leaning into the art of sound meditation. 

We’ll be working with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls (which are kind of their own magical experience), and you’re encouraged to experiment, play, and trust what feels right, as you learn how intention, vibration, and creativity come together to shape a sound experience.

Past participants have called this training a “mini-retreat” because the bowls and energy work here open us up to deeper self reflection and expression. We’ll focus on tuning into your intuition, allowing your practice to feel fluid, personal, and alive.
