Total Crystal Bowl Immersion is an introductory sound meditation training for first-timers, experienced practitioners + people somewhere in between.

Get hands-on with crystal singing bowls while we explore the art + science of sound, playing technique, the power of language + thoughtful facilitation. There’s room to experiment, ask questions + develop a practice that sounds like you.
