Dueling Bowls is a two-day introductory Sound Meditation Training focused on Crystal and Bronze Singing Bowls.



Here we’ll focus on cultivating a deeper connection, between you, the sound, and the people around you. You’ll learn how to actually listen… and how that changes the way you play. 

This course will also highlight how much your words matter. How the way you describe or guide an experience can shift what someone feels just as much as the sound itself.

You’ll get a feel for both crystal and bronze bowls, and learn how to play these very different bowls skillfully. The weekend will be interactive, introspective, and deeply transformative.
